We learned a lot from a recent customer satisfaction survey. As much as you love your US Unlocked Card, the most feedback we received was that you want card load payments to clear to the card much faster.
Well, we heard you loud and clear! So we looked for a way to improve the loading time. The great news is that we were able to make some changes (effective immediately) that have drastically decreased the time it takes for a card load payment to clear to your card.
Where the average time was 5-7 business days before, it will now take 1-3 business days!
This improvement applies to the following payment methods: Western Union*, Alipay, Sofort, IDEAL, Yandex, Webmoney, Boletos, and Cashu.
In our current set up with Global Collect (now Ingenico) unfortunately, it is not yet possible to improve the loading time for load payments performed by bank transfer. However, we are researching options for an alternative set up which would increase speed and usability which we are planning to launch in the next 3 months.
